ENEFIIN signed MoU with Saudi Diesel Equipment Co Ltd.
ENEFIIN and Saudi Diesel Equipment Co Ltd (SDEC) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to explore clean energy opportunities and potential joint venture partners for projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom’s government has expressed a strong commitment to develop sustainable energy initiatives as part of its vision 2030 and national energy diversification strategy.
SDEC was established in Alkobar, Saudi Arabia in 1978 and is a market leader in heavy machinery, construction equipment, and power generation equipment.
ENEFIIN will play a crucial role in assisting SDEC to study overall Saudi Arabian clean energy market demands and opportunities in different clean energy technologies . ENEFIIN will also assist in identifying and introducing appropriate international strategic and technical partners with whom SDEC together with ENEFIIN could enter into joint venture or other commercial arrangements .
