ENEFIIN and CHC China, in December 2021, signed a strategic partnership for renewable large-scale projects Globally.
ENEFIIN and CHC China are entering into a strategic partnership to promote renewable energy projects development in mutually agreed countries.
The focus will be on the financing area ( equity and debt) for existing projects and the development of new projects from scratch.
There is a clear distribution of roles. Enefiin will source projects and provide financing partners, while CHC China will be responsible for the entire implementation of the projects.
ENEFIIN and CHC China in the coming weeks they will set up a JV Company that will be called Global Green Energy will be the vehicle used to better manage the strategic partnership signed.
